1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ngd 88 ("ngd 88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ngd-88.com. One Account Per Player

If ngd 88 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination of these indicators — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. ngd 88 reserves the right to close one or all accounts and retain any funds where fraudulent intent is suspected.

Account Security

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other party — are strictly prohibited. ngd 88 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

Deposits are credited to your ngd 88 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) at the time of confirmation. ngd 88 does not apply conversion charges on domestic Taka deposits. Processing times for mobile banking methods are typically instant; bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and through the same method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3. General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any bonus is the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the resulting funds can be withdrawn. 6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ngd 88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, including false age, false identity, or false payment information, during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with ngd 88.
• Money Laundering: Using the ngd 88 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — to disguise, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity. ngd 88 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations into suspected money laundering.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using software or automated scripts to exploit promotional mechanics, or colluding with other players to systematically extract bonus value.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer games (including live poker or sportsbook trading) to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other players or ngd 88.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by ngd 88

ngd 88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Your account is under review for suspected breach of these Terms.
• A withdrawal request requires identity or source-of-funds verification that has not yet been completed.
• ngd 88 has received a credible report or notice from a third party that your account may be associated with fraudulent activity.
• A responsible gaming concern has been flagged — for example, if your betting pattern suggests problem gambling behaviour.
• A technical issue requires account access to be restricted temporarily to protect the integrity of the platform.

Closure by ngd 88

ngd 88 may permanently close your account, and forfeit any balance therein, where:

• A material breach of these Terms is confirmed — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or underage gambling.
• You provide documentation during KYC that cannot be authenticated or that shows evidence of tampering.
• Continuing to maintain your account would expose ngd 88 to legal or regulatory risk.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngd 88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ngd 88 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ngd 88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, however arising.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ngd 88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

ngd 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ngd 88 will notify registered players via the email address on record at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be applied without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at ngd-88.com/terms-conditions and carries the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended version takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Severability

Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
